the food choices were the same every day—boring! also, would it have been too much to ask for a simple complimentary gesture for all the inconvenience? no, clearly not at jamaica palace.

The Jamaica Palace Hotel's decor and breathtaking views made our family getaway memorable. However, the food variety was limited and could be improved.

The property's enchanting beauty and the staff's exceptional attentiveness truly set this hotel apart, making us feel like royalty during our stay.
The breakfast options were limited, and extra items came with an additional charge, which felt unnecessary for the overall experience.

Yo, the grounds are straight-up gorgeous, and breakfast blew my mind. Pool vibes were chill, and they got an awesome crew workin’ there. But man, wifi was like a squirrel with a nut. kinda spotty at times. Could use a little boost for the tech-savvy peeps.

Had a fantastic time enjoying the relaxing pool and lush garden areas during our stay! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was just perfect for unwinding. We did have a bit of a hiccup with our room needing a quick fix, but it didn't take away from the lovely experience overall. 🌴

The enchanting beauty surrounding this spot made it perfect for our family getaway. We indulged in delicious food and enjoyed the unique decor around the hotel. The staff made us feel special, and my kids enjoyed water skiing and parasailing activities nearby.
In my wife's opinion, having an option for twin beds would be a great improvement for families.

Is it really that good? my take
The hotel grounds are stunning,, and the pool offers a slice of paradise! The friendly service made our stay extra special, with attentive staff ensuring we felt right at home.
The dining experience fell short,, especially when the limited breakfast options left us wanting. Additionally, the decor appeared somewhat outdated, which detracted from the overall charm.

The Junior Suite was nice but showed its age. Clean and spacious, but the decor felt outdated. The air conditioning took a while to cool the room, and the bathroom needed a refresh. On the plus side, the ambiance was chill, and we slept pretty well. Just wish the room had better lighting. Overall a decent stay.

No problems at all.
